Many times I've pass by the Target and I've been grossed out by the masses of dead insects. Surely they know about it. Surely some customer has made a joke like "I almost didn't come in here when I saw all the flies!!!!". Or perhaps all the people buying their cheap furniture park down Tawari Street and never walk past the Dominion Road frontage. Be grateful it's not a cafe. I know this insect graveyard well.
